Refund Policy

You may request a refund for one-time packages (such as Discovery Session and Transformation Program) within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than one session has been delivered and no digital materials have been accessed or downloaded.

Sessions already delivered and any digital materials that have been accessed are non-refundable.

If you purchased a multi-session package (such as the Transformation Program), you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused sessions if requested within 7 days of purchase. Sessions already delivered or any accessed materials will be deducted from your refund.

You may cancel your Monthly Partnership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will retain access to sessions and materials until that date. Unused sessions within the paid month are non-refundable.

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are considered delivered and are non-refundable except in the case of emergencies.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us immediately. Verified duplicate or accidental charges will be refunded in full.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@gabrielavila.pro within the applicable window. We will respond within 3 business days regarding your eligibility and next steps.

Approved refunds will be issued via Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services.
